Shabana Shaukat Nasim, 61 yrs, of Palatine, IL, died on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Advocate Sherman Hospital.
Born in Pakistan on March 9, 1955, Shabana was the daughter of Syed and Shafia Ali.
Funeral services are being arranged by O’Connor-Leetz Funeral Home in Elgin and will be private.
