Joyce S. Battaglia of Woodstock, wife of Dean; loving mother of Colin John and Taylor Lee, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2008 at her home. Dear Sister of Robert (Faye) Kubacha; Daughter-In-Law of Dorothy (the late Leonard) Battaglia; Sister-In-Law of Donna Battaglia (Sol Benjamin) and Dennis (Lorna) Battaglia, Fond Aunt of Jennifer and Corey Battaglia; Rachel and John Kubacha, Great Aunt of Dylan Christensen. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred (Perkovich) Kubacha. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2008 from 4:00 until 9:00 PM at the O’Connor – Leetz Funeral Home, 364 Division St., Elgin. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2008 at 9:00 AM at O’Connor – Leetz Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Woodstock.
