Frank A. Lullie, 98 of Elgin died Saturday, September 10, 2016 in the presence of his family. The son of James and Rose (Moscato) Lullie, he was born May 12, 1918 in Elgin.
He was an avid golfer, bowler, and played semi-pro baseball. Frank loved fishing and all sports. He was a plumber in the Elgin area for over 30 years and retired from the Martin F. Runge Company in 1980.
Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife Angela of 73 years, in 2012; his parents; two brothers, and two sisters.
He is survived by daughters Joanne Carlson of Huntley, Mary Ann (William G.) Farley of St Charles, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; one brother James Lullie of East Dundee.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 14th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Binsfeld Hall, St. Mary Catholic Church, Elgin. Mass will follow with Fr. Christopher Kuhn, officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Elgin.
